House type and remodelling
The ‘floral home’ is a three-bedroom home with a usable area of 125 square metres. In order to make the home more in line with the needs of the homeowner, the designer made a series of clever modifications.
Space Expansion and Functional Design
Taking advantage of the space, the designer created an open living terrace and a leisure terrace. The terrace is not only equipped with a sink for daily cleaning, but also a workbench to meet the needs of the homeowner’s floral work.
The original narrow kitchen space and the somewhat wasteful storage room were combined together, greatly enlarging the kitchen area and allowing the homeowner to place a full range of cooking equipment to his heart’s content. In the main bathroom, rustic stone was used to create a cosy and natural bathroom space with in-wall taps and a drainage system. Under the basin masonry stone steps, put wooden boards, you can prepare a few storage boxes, the items will be divided into categories on the shelves, not only to prevent moisture and humidity, but also beautiful and clean.
